Which is better for Judicial Services Exam ?

The career opportunities with both the B.A.LL.B and the B.B.A.LL.B courses remain similar.

Inclusivity of History in B.A.LL.B. :

Understanding of Ancient, Medieval and Modern History can be advantageous for State Examinations like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar etc. where General Knowledge Paper carries heavy weightage. Early exposure also helps eliminating unnecessary fear or repulsion for GK, a common mindset of Judicial Aspirants.’

Inclusivity of Political Science in B.A.LL.B. :

Exposure of Global, National Governance, Power, Political Philosophies may be advantageous to building inclination towards public service.

Inclusivity of Sociology in B.A.LL.B. :

Sociology can be interlinked with Criminology to build fundamental insights for procedural laws which is dominant in Judicial Services Curriculum.

Inclusivity of Economics in B.B.A.LL.B :

Economics is advantageous from banking exams or positions of legal advisors. This course provides more comprehension of the corporate machinery, and will yield and edge towards corporate employment.

Overall, B.A.LL.B. could seem more synchronous to Judicial Preparation overall.
